These terms govern the use of Wagnerit Consulting network security services and configurations for critical energy utility facilities.
Service Scope
Wagnerit Consulting provides fail-safe fiber optic rings, redundant industrial gateways, and intrusion prevention systems for SCADA and PLC control networks. All configurations are designed for NERC CIP and IEC 62443 environments.
Client Responsibilities
Client must provide accurate network topology documentation, grant physical and logical access to control rooms and substations, and maintain current firmware licenses for all field devices. Delays in access may affect deployment timelines.
Limitation of Liability
Wagnerit Consulting is not liable for operational disruptions caused by pre-existing network vulnerabilities, third-party hardware failures, or force majeure events. Liability is capped at the total fees paid for the specific engagement.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, client must return all proprietary configuration files and documentation. Wagnerit Consulting retains the right to disable remote access immediately for breach of security protocols.
Changes to Terms
Wagnerit Consulting may update these terms with 14 days notice via email. Continued use of services after the notice period constitutes acceptance. For legal inquiries, contact info@wagneritconsulting.com.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Mumbai. The client agrees to exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Mumbai for any injunctive relief.
